25 years, and nobody told you that 福岡is written as Fukuoka?
It should be made a crime to write hukuoka for Fukuoka.
It is true that Japanese keyboaard give you ふ if you type "hu"-- but that does not make it correct.
In English language, "hu" never gives you "fu" sound, you idiot.
If you are Chinese, shame on you too,2 times, because your English is supposed to be better than Japanese English.
