Ryota Matsumoto (松本良多) is a famous Philosopher, Artist, and Japanese Author from Japan. He is the founder of an award-winning interdisciplinary design office, Ryota Matsumoto Studio based in Tokyo and New York. As a video producer, he has worked with Peter Christopherson for Japanese Nike commercials. He is a renowned architect and one of the most prominent theorists of postdigital art in Japan and the United States. He has served as the MFA advisor of Transart institute, University of Plymouth and teaches at Asagaya Institute of Art and Design as a professor of practice.
